Fed. Circ. Ups Utilities' Nuclear Waste Award To $159M

Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 6:43 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday increased by $17 million a lower court's award of $142 million in combined damages to three nuclear utilities for the government's breach of agreements with them governing the disposal of spent nuclear fuel.
