Judge Delays Plavix Trial Once More

Law360 (May 10, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A New York federal judge has agreed to postpone a pretrial hearing in Sanofi-Aventis’ patent-infringement lawsuit against Apotex Inc. and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. over Sanofi's Plavix.

The hearing is now set for May 27, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York decided.

The U.S. court had previously agreed to delay the hearing in late March, setting it for May 13.

Co-marketed with Bristol-Myers Squibb, Plavix is Sanofi-Aventis's blockbuster stroke medication.
