J&J Unit Wants ASC To Turn Over Ditropan Docs

Law360, New York (September 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Alza Corp. is asking a court to force American Sales Co. to turn over documents and discovery it argues are central to the plaintiffs' claims that the company maintained a monopoly over blockbuster incontinence drug Ditropan XL by preventing copycat versions from reaching the marketplace.
