Groups Ask FCC To Bar Dish Spectrum Sales To AT&T, Verizon

Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 8:52 PM EDT) -- Three public interest groups asked Thursday that the Federal Communications Commission make Dish Network Corp. adhere to certain conditions, including penalties for selling spectrum to AT&T Inc. or Verizon Communications Inc., if the commission awards Dish the use of spectrum worth $4 billion to $6 billion.
