Law360, Chicago (May 22, 2012, 6:45 PM EDT) -- On-Site Screening Inc. sought to revive its suit Tuesday over the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's alleged seizure and destruction of biological samples the company obtained to try to develop an HIV testing device, telling the Seventh Circuit that the government is not shielded from liability.
