NRDC Seeks Action On False Killer Whale's Endangered Status

Law360, New York (May 23, 2012, 3:21 PM EDT) -- The National Resources Defense Council on Tuesday demanded the National Marine Fisheries Service officially determine the endangered status of a Hawaiian whale species, filing suit in Washington federal court after the agency allegedly missed a statutory deadline to make a final ruling.
