Fla. City Sues Again To Ground $791M Airport Expansion

Law360, New York (May 24, 2012, 1:28 PM EDT) -- A Florida town on Tuesday extended an 18-year court battle to kill an $791 million runway expansion at Fort Lauderdale's airport, suing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for failing to consider noise levels and ignoring a cheaper alternative when it approved a land use permit.
