Plaintiffs' Lawyers In Odometer Case Seek $9.5M

Law360, New York (September 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The plaintiffs' lawyers are seeking $9.5 million in fees for litigating a class action against Honda Motor Company Ltd. that ended in a $115 million settlement for car owners with allegedly faulty odometers.

In court documents filed Thursday with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, lead attorney James A.
