Carecore Blasts Plaintiffs' Lack Of Documents

Law360, New York (September 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A benefits management company accused of suppressing market competition has gone on the offensive, lambasting the plaintiffs for allegedly failing to comply with discovery requests.

In a letter submitted on Friday to Judge Theodore Katz of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, attorneys for CareCore National LLC blasted the plaintiffs in the antitrust action for a paucity of documents produced in the discovery stages of the case.
