NY AG Says State's Energy Future Lies Beyond Indian Point

Law360, New York (May 25, 2012, 5:15 PM EDT) -- New York's top law enforcer on Friday cast doubt on the Indian Point nuclear facility's future, saying state regulators will continue their aggressive stance on spent fuel, fire and earthquake safety and the state's best energy prospects going forward are elsewhere.
