DOE Loses Bid To Toss Tribe's Claims For Cleanup

Law360, New York (September 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district court judge has struck down the U.S. Department of Energy's bid to dismiss an Indian tribe's request for compensation and damages in the cleanup of a plant once used to build atomic bombs and now regarded as the most polluted site in the country.
