Goldman Buyout Arm In Joint $1B Deal For Interline

Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 3:43 PM EDT) -- Industrial products company Interline Brands Inc. is set to go private in a $1.1 billion deal with a pair of private equity firms, GS Capital Partners LP — Goldman Sachs & Co.'s buyout branch — and P2 Capital Partners LLC, Interline said Tuesday.
