Goodyear Must Turn Over Docs In Faulty Tire Case

Law360, New York (September 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A magistrate judge has instructed The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. to turn over documents requested by a plaintiff who sued the company over its allegedly faulty tires after his wife died in a motor home accident.
