Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 5:55 PM EDT) -- A Washington state judge on Friday refused to force the state’s Republican attorney general to amend his brief challenging the health care reform law’s constitutionality, even though he says he opposes only the individual mandate to buy health insurance and expansion of Medicaid.
