Law360, New York (May 30, 2012, 7:22 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission shouldn't take a one-size-fits-all approach to devising advertising disclosure rules for social media outlets, Facebook Inc.'s advertising counsel said Wednesday at a panel discussion meant to guide the FTC's efforts in updating its 12-year-old online disclosure regulations.
