Siemens Accused Of Poaching Workers To Nab Big Clients

Law360, New York (May 30, 2012, 6:10 PM EDT) -- Siemens Industry Inc. was hit with a trade secrets suit in Chicago on Tuesday brought by rival System Development Integration LLC, which accused Siemens of poaching its employees to go after the same big-dollar clients, including the Los Angeles and Minneapolis-St. Paul airports.

SDI, which consults for technology systems, also named three individual Siemens employees in the suit, alleging they broke confidentiality and noncompete agreements when they left SDI.
