Houston OKs Southwest's $100M Hobby Airport Expansion

Law360, New York (May 30, 2012, 4:06 PM EDT) -- The Houston City Council on Wednesday approved Southwest Airlines Co.'s $100 million proposal to expand the city's William P. Hobby Airport, which will allow the airline to add international flights to Latin America and better compete with rival United Airlines.
