FTC Disclosure Guides Should Go Mobile, Regulator Says

Law360, New York (May 30, 2012, 8:06 PM EDT) -- A Texas regulator cautioned the advertising industry during a Federal Trade Commission workshop Wednesday that basic disclosure principles crafted for the Internet should also apply to the mobile space, despite unique challenges posed by smaller screen sizes and shorter consumer attention spans.
