Enron Lenders To Appeal Debt Classification

Law360 (September 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of Enron creditors said Monday that they would appeal a ruling the bankruptcy court issued in July, which said that certain of their claims could not be subordinated to prepetition agreements guaranteeing "senior indebtedness."

The creditors included Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutschebank trust Company America, Farallon Capital Management LLC, Goldman Sachs Credit Partners LP, King Street Capital LP, Redwood Partners and King Street Capital LP.
