Law360, New York (May 30, 2012, 9:52 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relation Board's third report on social media cases, released Wednesday, gave employers a road map for what constitutes a lawful policy governing workers' social media use and shows that providing specific examples of prohibited conduct is crucial, lawyers say.

NLRB acting general counsel Lafe Solomon's report, which focused on employer social media policies and included an example of a policy the agency said was totally lawful, won plaudits from management-side labor lawyers, who said the third report was the most helpful one issued...
