Law360, New York (May 30, 2012, 9:52 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relation Board's third report on social media cases, released Wednesday, gave employers a road map for what constitutes a lawful policy governing workers' social media use and shows that providing specific examples of prohibited conduct is crucial, lawyers say.
