GOP, Texas Officials Say EPA Is Biased Against Fossil Fuels

Law360, New York (June 6, 2012, 2:55 PM EDT) -- Republican Congressmen, Texas state officials and an energy industry representative on Wednesday ripped into U.S. Environmental Protection Agency policy under the Obama administration, claiming the agency has resisted collaboration and displayed a bias against fossil fuels.
