Megaupload Seeks Dismissal, Funds In Piracy Case

Law360, New York (May 30, 2012, 10:42 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for alleged piracy website Megaupload.com asked a Virginia federal court Wednesday to dismiss the case against their client for lack of jurisdiction, and to release assets held by the federal government to use for the company's legal defense and to resolve concerns over server data preservation.
