AGR Says Ex-VP Ran Off With Trade Secrets, Customers

Law360, New York (May 31, 2012, 10:38 PM EDT) -- AGR FJ Brown filed suit Thursday in Texas state court, accusing a former senior vice president of orchestrating a plan to strip the oil field services giant of its best contractors, trade secrets and customers in order to develop a competing business.

The suit accuses Ralph D. Doughty of forming a competing company, Partners in Drilling LLP, and abruptly leaving AGR in May, but not before pilfering employees, clients and trade secrets.
