Informatica Protests Rival's Bid For New Ruling

Law360, New York (September 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Informatica Corp. has opposed Business Objects Data Integration Inc.’s request for a federal court to reconsider a prior ruling that found Business Objects willfully infringed Informatica’s two patents through the sale of a data integration product.
