Paycheck Fairness Bill Blocked In Senate Again

Law360, New York (June 5, 2012, 7:58 PM EDT) -- In what the White House called an "incredibly disappointing" turn of events, Senate Democrats on Tuesday failed to force a vote on the Paycheck Fairness Act, a new defeat for the long-pending legislation aimed at ensuring women earn the same as their male counterparts for equivalent work.
