EPA Sued Over Texas Power Plant Permit

Law360, New York (June 1, 2012, 7:53 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club and two other environmental groups sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Thursday, claiming it failed to act on the groups' request for federal intervention in an operating permit granted to a Texas power plant by a state agency last year.
