Reed Smith Snags Ex-SEC Honcho For Regulatory Group

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 11:54 AM EDT) -- The former senior assistant chief litigation counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has joined Reed Smith LLP's global regulatory enforcement group in Washington, the firm said Monday.

Terence Healy is joining Reed Smith as a partner.

At the SEC, Reed Smith said Healy brought a number of cases related to accounting fraud, revenue recognition, options backdating, insider trading, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and structured products.
