Guilty Pleas Should Speed Air Cargo Case: Plaintiffs

Law360, New York (September 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in an antitrust case against a number of major airlines asked a court on Tuesday to allow discovery against British Airways PLC and Korean Airlines Inc. to go forward in light of their guilty pleas to criminal charges brought by the U.S. Department of Justice.

The airlines allegedly colluded to fix the prices of fuel surcharges on international flights.
