6th Circ. Resuscitates Duke Energy Rebate Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 5:54 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Monday revived a putative antitrust class action alleging that Duke Energy Corp. gave unlawful rebates to General Motors Co. and several major corporations, holding that a lower court wrongly ruled that it lacked the authority to decide the case.
