Obama Presses Senate To Pass Paycheck Fairness Act

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 4:54 PM EDT) -- President Barack Obama on Monday urged the Senate to pass the Paycheck Fairness Act, the current version of long-stalled legislation to increase penalties for employers that pay women less than men for equivalent work.
