Commerce Hammered With Suit Over UAE Nail Duty Finding

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 7:04 PM EDT) -- Mid Continent Nail Corp. launched a suit in the U.S. Court of International Trade on Friday, contesting portions of the U.S. Department of Commerce's final determination in an anti-dumping duty investigation of certain steel nails from the United Arab Emirates.

Mid Continent argues the agency selected in its final determination an inappropriate source for calculating constructed value profit for respondents Dubai Wire FZE and Precision Fastener LLC.
