Apple Wants Kodak Patent Fight Out Of Bankruptcy Court

Law360, New York (June 4, 2012, 8:46 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. asked a New York bankruptcy court on Friday to send to district court its standoff with Eastman Kodak Co. over 10 patents that Apple claims to own but that Kodak has disputed.
