ITC To Review Dumping Tariffs On Chinese Activated Carbon

Law360, New York (June 5, 2012, 2:52 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission will make a full review of the existing anti-dumping tariffs attached to activated carbon from China in order to assess whether the duties should be revoked, the ITC announced Monday.

The international trade agency agreed to conduct a full five-year sunset review of the original 2007 duties order on the Chinese merchandise, which is used in a variety of chemical and pharmaceutical applications.
