EU's High Court Sides With EDF In $1.5B State Aid Fight

Law360, New York (June 5, 2012, 8:39 PM EDT) -- The European Union's highest court ruled Tuesday that the European Commission should have considered whether the French government was acting as a private investor might when it granted power giant EDF state aid, upholding a ruling tossing the regulator's order for EDF to return €1.2 billion ($1.5 billion).
