Edwards Judge To Revisit Jurisdiction, Use Of Civil Docs

Law360, New York (June 5, 2012, 8:55 PM EDT) -- The federal judge who oversaw the trial of former Sen. John Edwards indicated Tuesday that she would reconsider two issues raised by the defense: whether the government inappropriately collaborated in a civil lawsuit and whether the case was tried in the right federal court.
