AUO, Execs Lose Bid To Toss LCD Price-Fixing Convictions

Law360, New York (June 6, 2012, 4:10 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday refused to overturn the price-fixing convictions of liquid crystal display manufacturer AU Optronics Corp. and two executives, ruling that the defendants had waived some of their complaints by agreeing to the jury instructions and rejecting others as baseless.
