Lawmakers Train Fire On VA's Drug Acquisition Practices

Law360, New York (June 6, 2012, 9:23 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs continues to break acquisition rules in pharmaceutical buys despite efforts to combat the previously common practice of going outside contracts to purchase drugs directly from their largest supplier, lawmakers said at a Wednesday hearing.
