NJ Assembly Panel Advances Bill To Boost Solar Market

Law360, New York (June 7, 2012, 9:49 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey Assembly panel on Thursday advanced a bill to rescue the state's solar market, as energy suppliers, solar developers and ratepayer representatives pressed for changes that they argued would help prevent another downturn in the industry or protect customers.
