Victoria's Secret Says Bra-Related Patent Invalid

Law360, New York (September 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Victoria's Secret Stores LLC, Nordstrom Inc., Gap Inc. and The Neiman Marcus Group Inc. have asked for summary judgment, saying that a patent related to a prosthesis that covers a woman's nipples is invalid and that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office abused its discretion by unlawfully reviving the patent's application.
