Gender Pay Bills Get NJ Senate Panel's Nod Over Biz Objections

Law360, New York (June 7, 2012, 6:16 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey Senate labor panel on Thursday approved a package of bills that would lengthen the statute of limitations for pay discrimination claims and impose other mandates that some employers' groups say will open the door to disruptive litigation.
