Judge Mulls Summary Judgment For Comverse CEO

Law360, New York (September 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A motion by the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission asking a district court to strike several defenses submitted by former Comverse CEO Jacob “Kobi” Alexander will be treated as a demand for summary judgment, according to the judge presiding over the case.
