Fed. Circ. Finds SanDisk Filings Bungled Patent Links

Law360, New York (June 7, 2012, 9:01 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday found that two SanDisk co-founders failed to include language in a patent application for flash drive technology necessary to link it to another patent it filed before one of its competitors', reversing a ruling by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
