Ex-Lufkin Inventors Assert Andrews Kurth Ties In 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (June 7, 2012, 4:44 PM EDT) -- Two former Lufkin Industries employees accusing Andrews Kurth LLP of conspiring with the company to deprive them of their rights to certain well technology patents told the Fifth Circuit on Wednesday that they did in fact have an attorney-client relationship with the firm.
