Va. Court Shrinks $14M Trade Secrets Award To IT Firm

Law360, New York (June 8, 2012, 9:49 PM EDT) -- A Virginia appeals court on Thursday ruled that information technology services provider Perot Systems Government Services Inc. had been damaged when employees took its trade secrets to rival 21st Century Systems Inc. but found a damages award of more than $14 million to be excessive.
