Appeals Court Keeps Lake Shore Assets Frozen

Law360, New York (September 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- More than $238 million in assets held by commodity pool operator Lake Shore Asset Management Ltd. remain frozen this week, after an appeals court decided that the funds will have to stay in deep-freeze until it can make a final ruling on Lake Shore's appeal, according to federal regulators.
