FERC Opens Cheniere LNG Project Environmental Review

Law360, New York (June 8, 2012, 7:45 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Friday opened the scoping process for a liquefied natural gas export terminal Cheniere Energy Inc. plans to build near Corpus Christi, Texas, setting the project's environmental review in motion.
