Plaintiff's Fee Objections Nixed In EDS Race Bias Suit

Law360, New York (September 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An Asian-American woman who sued Electronic Data Systems Corp. has suffered a blow in her race discrimination claim against the company, with a federal judge denying the plaintiff's objections to a magistrate judge's award of costs and fees to the defendant.
