High Court Turns Down DHL Contractors' FCA Suit

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 2:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to consider a suit lodged by two DHL Express USA Inc. contractors accusing the company of overcharging Florida for fuel costs, after a Florida appeals court ruled that the state False Claims Act allegations were preempted by federal law.
