Panel OKs Bill For Better Cooperation With CPUC Probes

Law360, San Diego (June 11, 2012, 9:05 PM EDT) -- A bill that would require electrical and gas corporations to cooperate with the California Public Utilities Commission in investigations into unplanned service outages and other major accidents regardless of pending litigation or other investigations heads to the state Senate floor after sailing through a committee on Monday.
