Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 6:40 PM EDT) -- The University of Utah can proceed with its complaint to include one of its faculty as a listed inventor on patents for groundbreaking genetic treatment technology held by a group of research consortiums and universities, including the University of Massachusetts, a Massachusetts federal judge ruled Monday.
